To Our Members - Welcome!

In order to enjoy member discounts in our store, register on-line for our Annual Meeting, sign up for member newsletters, and to access the member directory, you must log into your PRRT&HS account, which has already been setup.

Having Trouble Accessing the New Web Site?

Free Tech Support is available - 1-866-457-2582!

If you run into trouble, Free Technical Support is also available to our members to assist with signing up to the new system. Call Club Express toll-free at 1-866-457-2582. Tell support you are a member of the Pennsylvania Railroad Technical and Historical Society, and provide them with your name, membership number and e-mail address.

If your web browser remembers usernames and passwords, then you should only need to go through the login process once - the system should automatically log you in in the future. If the term "Member Login" appears in the upper right corner of this web site, you are not logged in. If your name is in the upper right corner, you are logged in.

Logging in to your New PRRT&HS Account:

Our system needs to know your valid e-mail address in order to log in the first time. If the "Forgot My Username/Password" function that follows does not work, then contact membership@prrths.net so we can update your e-mail address in your PRRT&HS account. Then follow the log-in process provided in the e-mail you will receive from us (it may take a day or two to send you the e-mail - this process is not automated.).

Requesting a Username and Password:

To log in, you will need to enter both your Username and Password exactly as we have them on record in your membership account. Should you lose or forget either, you can set a new one by following this procedure:

  1. Click on Member Login in the upper right corner of the webpage to bring up the Login to your Account panel.
  2. Click on the Forgot My UserName/Password link towards the bottom of the panel to bring up the Forgot Username/Password page.
  3. Fill in your email address exactly as we have it on record in your membership account.
  4. Click on the Send Reset Email button.
  5. You will be challenged to perform an exercise intended to ensure that you are indeed a human being, so select the indicated squares and click on the VERIFY button in the lower right corner. If you've done it right, a new window will appear telling you to look for an email to arrive.
  6. When the email arrives, click on the Set a new password link about 1/3 of the way down the page to go to the Password Reset Verification webpage.
  7. Click on the Change Password button to bring up the User Name and Password webpage.
  8. Enter your username exactly as it appears in your membership account. If you can't remember it, send an email to membership@prrths.org and ask our Membership Coordinator to send it to you.
  9. Enter your new password into both the Password and Confirm Password boxes.
  10. Click on the Save button at the bottom of the page. If the two passwords are not exactly the same, the website will present an error message and not allow you to go on, so go back and make sure that they are in agreement and then click on the Save button again.
  11. If you've done everthing correctly, you will see a Proceed to Login button on the next webpage. Clicking on it will take you to the Login page, where you can log in with your existing Username and new Password.

An Introduction to this new web site:

> The PRRT&HS has created this new web site to provide much better communications with our members, along with more web site content, to include much more future content about the PRR's history and equipment, and about modeling the PRR.

>Important - The Keystone will still arrive in the mail as it always has.

Please note that we really want members to log into their PRRT&HS accounts so we can better communicate with our members.

Communicating with our members by US mail has become even slower and more expensive. In addition to being able to communicate by e-mail (you do not HAVE to use e-mail, but it saves us money), by logging in to your on-line account, you will be able to obtain member discounts when you order books, back issues of The Keystone, and other items we may begin to offer.
